Unsold items (after being listed on eBay or another

not picked up by the seller 15 days after the end of the
auction or sale, will become property of e$ale Auctions LLC, and
be disposed of to their discretion — i.e. donated to the
charity of their choice. When the item(s) are picked up
by the Seller, a fee of 5% of the asking price or $20.00,
whichever is greater, is due to be paid to e$ale Auctions LLC
for 'services rendered' (photography & editing, fuel, research,
